Hadith 1586 — Livre 19: The Book of the Prayer for the Two 'Eids
كتاب صلاة العيدين
Rapporté par Abdur-Rahman bin 'Abbas : J’ai entendu 'Abbas, lorsqu’un homme lui demanda : "Es-tu sorti (pour la prière de l’Aïd) avec le Messager d’Allah ?" Il répondit : "Oui, et si ce n’était pas à cause de mon lien de parenté avec lui, je ne l’aurais pas fait" – voulant dire parce qu’il était très jeune. Le Prophète (ﷺ) est allé près de la maison de Kathir bin As-Salt et a prié, puis il a fait un sermon. Ensuite, il est allé voir les femmes. Il les a exhortées, leur a rappelé et leur a demandé de donner l’aumône. Alors une femme approchait sa main de son cou, enlevait son collier et le mettait dans le vêtement de Bilal

أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَابِسٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ لَهُ رَجُلٌ شَهِدْتَ الْخُرُوجَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ نَعَمْ وَلَوْلاَ مَكَانِي مِنْهُ مَا شَهِدْتُهُ يَعْنِي مِنْ صِغَرِهِ أَتَى الْعَلَمَ الَّذِي عِنْدَ دَارِ كَثِيرِ بْنِ الصَّلْتِ فَصَلَّى ثُمَّ خَطَبَ ثُمَّ أَتَى النِّسَاءَ فَوَعَظَهُنَّ وَذَكَّرَهُنَّ وَأَمَرَهُنَّ أَنْ يَتَصَدَّقْنَ فَجَعَلَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ تُهْوِي بِيَدِهَا إِلَى حَلَقِهَا تُلْقِي فِي ثَوْبِ بِلاَلٍ .
Traduction anglaise
Abdur-Rahman bin 'Abbas said:"I heard 'Abbas when a man said to him: 'Did you go out (to the Eid prayer) with the Messenger of Allah?' He said: 'Yes, and were it not for my kinship (position) with him I would not have done so'"-meaning due to him being so young- "He (the Prophet (ﷺ)) went to the mark near the house of Kathir bin As-Salt and prayed, then delivered a Khutbah. Then he went to the women. He exhorted them and reminded them and told them to give charity. So a woman would bring her hand near her neck and take off her necklace and put it in the garment of Bilal

عبدالرحمٰن بن عابس کہتے ہیں میں نے ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہم سے سنا کہ ایک آدمی نے ان سے پوچھا: کیا آپ عیدین کے لیے جاتے وقت رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ موجود تھے؟ تو انہوں نے کہا: جی ہاں، اور اگر میری آپ سے قرابت نہ ہوتی تو میں آپ کے ساتھ نہ ہوتا یعنی اپنی کم سنی کی وجہ سے، آپ اس نشان کے پاس آئے جو کثیر بن صلت کے گھر کے پاس ہے، تو آپ نے ( وہاں ) نماز پڑھی، پھر خطبہ دیا، پھر آپ عورتوں کے پاس آئے، اور انہیں بھی آپ نے نصیحت کی اور ( آخرت کی ) یاد دلائی، اور صدقہ کرنے کا حکم دیا، تو عورتیں اپنا ہاتھ اپنے گلے کی طرف بڑھانے ( اور اپنا زیور اتار اتار کر ) بلال رضی اللہ عنہ کے کپڑے میں ڈالنے لگیں۔
