Hadith 1529 — Livre 18: The Book of the Fear Prayer
كتاب صلاة الخوف
Rapporté par Tha'labah bin Zahdam : Nous étions avec Sa'eed bin Al-'Asi à Tabaristan, et Hudhaifah bin Al-Yaman était avec nous. Il a dit : “Qui parmi vous a accompli la prière de la peur avec le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) ?” Hudhaifah a répondu : “Moi.” Puis il a décrit la prière : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dirigé la prière de la peur, une partie du groupe a prié derrière lui une unité de prière, tandis que l’autre groupe se tenait entre lui et l’ennemi. Ensuite, ceux qui étaient près de lui ont prié une unité, puis ils sont partis et ont pris la place des autres, et les autres sont venus et il leur a fait prier une unité

أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الأَشْعَثِ بْنِ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ، عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ بْنِ هِلاَلٍ، عَنْ ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ زَهْدَمٍ، قَالَ كُنَّا مَعَ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْعَاصِي بِطَبَرِسْتَانَ وَمَعَنَا حُذَيْفَةُ بْنُ الْيَمَانِ فَقَالَ أَيُّكُمْ صَلَّى مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم صَلاَةَ الْخَوْفِ فَقَالَ حُذَيْفَةُ أَنَا فَوَصَفَ فَقَالَ صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم صَلاَةَ الْخَوْفِ بِطَائِفَةٍ رَكْعَةً صَفٍّ خَلْفَهُ وَطَائِفَةٍ أُخْرَى بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الْعَدُوِّ فَصَلَّى بِالطَّائِفَةِ الَّتِي تَلِيهِ رَكْعَةً ثُمَّ نَكَصَ هَؤُلاَءِ إِلَى مَصَافِّ أُولَئِكَ وَجَاءَ أُولَئِكَ فَصَلَّى بِهِمْ رَكْعَةً .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Tha'labah bin Zahdam said:"We were with Sa'eed bin Al-'Asi in Tabaristan, and Hudhaifah bin Al-Yaman was with us. He said: 'Which of you offered the fear prayer with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)?' Hudhaifah said: 'I did', and he described it. He said: 'The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) offered the fear prayer, leading one group who had formed rows behind him in praying one rak'ah, while the other group was between him and the enemy. So he led the group that was near him in praying one rak'ah, then they left and took the place of others, and the others came and he led them in praying one rak'ah
Traduction en ourdou
ثعلبہ بن زہدم کہتے ہیں کہ ہم سعید بن عاصی کے ساتھ طبرستان میں تھے، ہمارے ساتھ حذیفہ بن یمان رضی اللہ عنہ بھی تھے، سعید نے پوچھا: تم میں سے کس نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ خوف کی نماز پڑھی ہے؟ تو خذیفہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا: میں نے، تو انہوں نے بیان کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ایک گروہ کو جو آپ کے پیچھے صف باندھے تھا ایک رکعت پڑھائی، اور دوسرا گروہ آپ کے اور دشمنوں کے مابین ڈٹا ہوا تھا، تو جو گروہ آپ کے ساتھ تھا اسے آپ نے ایک رکعت پڑھائی، پھر وہ لوگ ان لوگوں کی جگہوں پر چلے گئے جو دشمن کے سامنے صف باندھے تھے، اور وہ لوگ ان کی جگہ آ گئے تو آپ نے انہیں ( بھی ) ایک رکعت پڑھائی۔
