Hadith 1288 — Livre 13: The Book of Forgetfulness (In Prayer)

Rapporté par Ka'b bin 'Ujrah : Nous avons dit : "Ô Messager d'Allah (ﷺ), nous savons comment adresser les salutations sur toi, mais comment devons-nous adresser les prières sur toi ?" Il a dit : "Dites : 'Allahumma salli 'ala Muhammad wa 'ala ali Muhammad, kama sallaita 'ala Ibrahima wa barik 'ala Muhammad kama barakta 'ala ali Ibrahim fil-'alamin, innaka hamidun majid.' (Ô Allah, adresse Tes prières sur Muhammad et sur la famille de Muhammad, comme Tu l'as fait pour la famille d'Ibrahim, et bénis Muhammad et la famille de Muhammad comme Tu as béni la famille d'Ibrahim parmi les nations. Tu es vraiment digne de louange, plein de gloire.)" (Un des rapporteurs) 'Abdur Rahman a dit : "Nous avions l'habitude de dire : 'Et aussi sur nous.'" Abu Abdur-Rahman (An-Nasa'i) a dit : Ceci est plus correct que le précédent. Et nous ne connaissons personne qui ait dit "Amr bin Murrah" à ce sujet, sauf dans ce cas. Et Allah (SWT) sait mieux

أَخْبَرَنَا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ، عَنْ زَائِدَةَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ كَعْبِ بْنِ عُجْرَةَ، قَالَ قُلْنَا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ قَدْ عَرَفْنَاهُ فَكَيْفَ الصَّلاَةُ عَلَيْكَ قَالَ " قُولُوا اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَآلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ وَبَارِكْ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَآلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ " . قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنُ وَنَحْنُ نَقُولُ وَعَلَيْنَا مَعَهُمْ . قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَهَذَا أَوْلَى بِالصَّوَابِ مِنَ الَّذِي قَبْلَهُ وَلاَ نَعْلَمُ أَحَدًا قَالَ فِيهِ عَمْرُو بْنُ مُرَّةَ غَيْرَ هَذَا وَاللَّهُ تَعَالَى أَعْلَمُ .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Ka'b bin 'Ujrah said:'We said: "O Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), we know about sending salams upon you, but how should we send salah upon you?" He said: 'Say: Alahumma salli 'ala Muhammad wa 'ala ali Muhammad, kama sallaita 'ala Ibrahima wa barik 'ala Muhammad kama barakta 'ala ali Ibrahim fil-'alamin, innaka hamidun majid (O Allah, send salah upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad, as You sent salah upon the family of Ibrahim, and send blessings upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad as You sent blessings upon the family of Ibrahim among the nations. You are indeed Worthy of praise, Full of glory.)'" (One of the narrators) 'abdur Rahman said: "We used to say: 'And also upon us.'" Abu Abdur-rahman (An Nasa'i) said: This is more worthy of being correct than the one that is before it. And we do not know of anyone who said "Amr bin Murrah" in it other than in this case. کعب بن عجرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ ہم نے عرض کیا: اللہ کے رسول! آپ پر سلام بھیجنے کو ہم جان چکے ہیں مگر آپ پر صلاۃ ( درود ) کس طرح بھیجیں؟ تو آپ نے فرمایا: کہو «اللہم صل على محمد وعلى آل محمد كما صليت على إبراهيم وآل إبراهيم إنك حميد مجيد وبارك على محمد وعلى آل محمد كما باركت على إبراهيم وآل إبراهيم إنك حميد مجيد» اے اللہ! تو صلاۃ ( درود ) بھیج محمد اور آل محمد پر اسی طرح جس طرح تو نے ابراہیم اور آل ابراہیم پر بھیجا ہے، یقیناً تو حمید و مجید یعنی قابل تعریف اور بزرگ ہے، اور برکتیں نازل فرما محمد اور آل محمد پر اسی طرح جیسے تو نے ابراہیم اور آل ابراہیم پر نازل فرمائی ہیں، یقیناً تو حمید و مجید یعنی قابل تعریف اور بزرگ ہے ۔ عبدالرحمٰن بن ابی لیلیٰ کہتے ہیں: اور ہم «وعلينا معهم» اور ان لوگوں کے ساتھ ہم پر بھی بھی کہتے تھے۔ ابوعبدالرحمٰن نسائی کہتے ہیں: یہ سند اس سے پہلے والی سے زیادہ قرین صواب ہے ( یعنی عمرو کی جگہ حکم کا ہونا ) اور ہم قاسم کے علاوہ کسی اور کو نہیں جانتے جس نے عمرو بن مرہ کا ذکر کیا ہو، «واللہ اعلم» ۱؎۔
