Rapporté par Aïcha رضي الله عنها : J’ai remarqué que le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) n’était pas là et j’ai pensé qu’il était parti rendre visite à l’une de ses concubines. Je l’ai cherché et je l’ai trouvé en prosternation, disant : "Rabbighfirli ma asrartu wa ma a’lantu" ("Ô Allah, pardonne-moi ce que j’ai caché et ce que j’ai fait ouvertement)

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ هِلاَلِ بْنِ يِسَافٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، - رضى الله عنها - قَالَتْ فَقَدْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَظَنَنْتُ أَنَّهُ أَتَى بَعْضَ جَوَارِيهِ فَطَلَبْتُهُ فَإِذَا هُوَ سَاجِدٌ يَقُولُ " رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي مَا أَسْرَرْتُ وَمَا أَعْلَنْتُ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Aishah said:"I noticed that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was missing and I thought he had gone to visit one of his concubines, so I looked for him and found him prostrating and saying: 'Rabbighfirli ma asrartu wa ma a'lant (O Allah, forgive me for what (sin) I have concealed and what I have done openly
Traduction en ourdou
ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ میں نے ایک رات رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو اپنے بستر پر موجود نہیں پایا، میں نے گمان کیا کہ شاید آپ اپنی کسی لونڈی کے پاس چلے گئے ہیں، چنانچہ میں نے آپ کو تلاش کیا، تو کیا دیکھتی ہوں کہ آپ سجدہ میں ہیں اور کہہ رہے ہیں: «رب اغفر لي ما أسررت وما أعلنت» اے میرے رب! میرے تمام گناہوں کو جو میں نے چھپے اور کھلے کئے ہیں بخش دے ۔
