Rapporté par Malik bin Al-Huwairith : Je suis venu voir le Messager d'Allah (ﷺ) avec un cousin à moi" – une fois il a dit, "avec un ami à moi" – et il a dit : "Quand vous voyagez, faites l'Adhan et l'Iqamah, et que le plus âgé d'entre vous dirige la prière

أَخْبَرَنَا حَاجِبُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْمَنْبِجِيُّ، عَنْ وَكِيعٍ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلاَبَةَ، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ الْحُوَيْرِثِ، قَالَ أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَا وَابْنُ عَمٍّ لِي - وَقَالَ مَرَّةً أَنَا وَصَاحِبٌ لِي - فَقَالَ " إِذَا سَافَرْتُمَا فَأَذِّنَا وَأَقِيمَا وَلْيَؤُمَّكُمَا أَكْبَرُكُمَا " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Malik bin Al-Huwairith said:"I came to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) with a cousin of mine" - once he said, "with a friend of mine" - and he said: 'When you travel, call the Adhan and Iqamah, and let the older of you lead the prayer
Traduction en ourdou
مالک بن حویرث رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں اور میرے ایک چچازاد بھائی ( اور کبھی انہوں ) نے کہا: میں اور میرے ایک ساتھی، دونوں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آئے، تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جب تم دونوں سفر کرو تو تم دونوں اذان اور اقامت کہو، اور تم میں سے جو بڑا ہو وہ امامت کرے ۱؎۔
