Rapporté par 'Abdullah bin Jabr : J'ai entendu Anas bin Malik dire : « Le Messager d'Allah (ﷺ) faisait ses ablutions avec un makkuk (gobelet) et le grand lavage avec cinq makkuks (gobelets). »

أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ جَبْرٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ، يَقُولُ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَتَوَضَّأُ بِمَكُّوكٍ وَيَغْتَسِلُ بِخَمْسَةِ مَكَاكِيَّ .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that 'Abdullah bin Jabr said:"I heard Anas bin Malik say: 'The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to perform Wudu' with a Makkuk (cup) and Ghusl with five Makkuks (cups)

انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ایک مکوک پانی سے وضو اور پانچ مکوک سے غسل فرماتے تھے۔
