كتاب الطهارة
Rapporté par Abu Al-Malih, d'après son père : Le Messager d'Allah (ﷺ) a dit : "Allah n'accepte pas la prière sans purification, ni l'aumône provenant de biens pris injustement." (C'est-à-dire, pris avant la distribution du butin)

Texte arabe original
أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمَلِيحِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ يَقْبَلُ اللَّهُ صَلاَةً بِغَيْرِ طُهُورٍ وَلاَ صَدَقَةً مِنْ غُلُولٍ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Abu Al-Malih, that his father said:"The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'Allah does not accept Salah without purification, nor charity from Ghulul.'" [1] [1] That which is taken from the spoils of war prior to their distribution
Traduction en ourdou
ابوالملیح کے والد (اسامہ بن عمیر) کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: اللہ تعالیٰ بغیر وضو کے کوئی نماز قبول نہیں کرتا، اور نہ خیانت کے مال کا صدقہ قبول کرتا ہے ۱؎۔
