كتاب الكلام
On rapporta à Malek, que Oum Salama, la femme du Prophète (Sur lui la grâce et la paix d'Allah) a demandé: «Ô Envoyé d'Allah! Périrons-nous, alors qu'il se trouve parmi nous, des hommes vertueux»? L'Envoyé d'Allah r (salallahou alayhi wa salam) (Sur lui la grâce et la paix d'Allah) répondit: «Oui, si la corruption est partout»

حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ أَنَّ أُمَّ سَلَمَةَ، زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَنَهْلِكُ وَفِينَا الصَّالِحُونَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " نَعَمْ إِذَا كَثُرَ الْخَبَثُ " .
Traduction anglaise
Malik related to me that he had heard that Umm Salama, the wife of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Messenger of Allah! Shall we be destroyed while there are people who are salih among us?" The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Yes, if there is much wickedness

حضرت ام المومنین ام سلمہ نے کہا یا رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کیا ہم اس وقت بھی تباہ ہوں گے جب ہم میں نیک لوگ موجود ہوں گے؟ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا ہاں جب گناہ بہت ہونے لگیں۔
