Abou Houraira a rapporté que l'Envoyé d'Allah r (salallahou alayhi wa salam) (Sur lui la grâce et la paix d'Allah) a dit: «Le voyage est l'un des aspects de la torture, où l'un de vous s'empêche de dormir, de manger et de boire. Une fois que l'un de vous a terminé ses affaires, qu'il se hâte de retourner chez sa famille». Chapitre XVI Le fait de traiter l'esclave avec clémence

Texte arabe original
وَحَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ سُمَىٍّ، مَوْلَى أَبِي بَكْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " السَّفَرُ قِطْعَةٌ مِنَ الْعَذَابِ يَمْنَعُ أَحَدَكُمْ نَوْمَهُ وَطَعَامَهُ وَشَرَابَهُ فَإِذَا قَضَى أَحَدُكُمْ نَهْمَتَهُ مِنْ وَجْهِهِ فَلْيُعَجِّلْ إِلَى أَهْلِهِ " .
Traduction anglaise
Malik related to me from Sumayy, the mawla of Abu Bakr from Abu Salih from Abu Hurayra that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Travelling is a portion of the torment. It denies you your sleep, food, and drink. When you have accomplished your purpose, you should hurry back to your family
Traduction en ourdou
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا سفر بھی ایک قسم کا عذاب ہے ۔ روک دیتا ہے آدمی کو کھانے اور پینے اور سونے سے تو جب تم میں سے کوئی اپنے کام کیلئے سفر کرے اور وہ کام پورا ہوجائے تو جلدی اپنے گھر لوٹ آئے۔
