كتاب العين
Aicha a rapporté que l'Envoyé d'Allah r (salallahou alayhi wa salam) (Sur lui la grâce et la paix d'Allah), s'il éprouvait un mal quelconque, il récitait sur lui même les deux sourates talismaniques et soufflait. Mais lorsque sa maladie s'aggravait, je récitais sur lui les deux sourates, puis je faisais passer, ma main droite, sur son corps, espérant avoir la grâce d'Allah»

وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ إِذَا اشْتَكَى يَقْرَأُ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ بِالْمُعَوِّذَاتِ وَيَنْفِثُ . قَالَتْ فَلَمَّا اشْتَدَّ وَجَعُهُ كُنْتُ أَنَا أَقْرَأُ عَلَيْهِ وَأَمْسَحُ عَلَيْهِ بِيَمِينِهِ رَجَاءَ بَرَكَتِهَا .
Traduction anglaise
Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab from Urwa ibn az- Zubayr from A'isha that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, when he had a complaint, would recite the last three suras of Qur'an, over himself and blow. She said, "When his pain was great, I would recite it over him and wipe him with his right hand hoping for its blessing

حضرت ام المومنین عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم جب بیمار ہوتے تو قل ہو اللہ احدا اور قل اعوذ برب الفلق اور قل اعوذبرب الناس پڑھ کر اپنے اوپر پھونکتے حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا نے کہا کہ جب آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم بیمار ہوئے تو میں ان سورتوں کو پڑھ کر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کا داہنا ہاتھ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے جسم مبارک پر پھیرتی برکت کے واسطے
