Hadith 238 — Livre 5: Jumu'a
كتاب الجمعة
Malek a dit: «Lorsqu'un imam fait halte, en voyageant le jour du Vendredi, dans un village, fait le prône et la prière, les habitants de ce village et d'autres auront accompli tous les rites du jour du Vendredi avec lui». Malek a dit: «lorsque l'imam qui voyage, fait halte le jour du Vendredi dans un village où le membre des habitants et ceux qui viennent est inférieur au nombre normal, les rites de la prière ne sont pas considérés comme accomplis, et dans ce cas, ceux-ci doivent faire la prière du midi comme dans les autres jours». Malek a dit aussi: «l'assistance à l'office du Vendredi n'est pas obligatoire pour un voyageur». Chapitre VII Au sujet de l'heure de l'exaucement le jour du Vendredi

حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ذَكَرَ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ فَقَالَ " فِيهِ سَاعَةٌ لاَ يُوَافِقُهَا عَبْدٌ مُسْلِمٌ وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ يُصَلِّي يَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ شَيْئًا إِلاَّ أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ " . وَأَشَارَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِيَدِهِ يُقَلِّلُهَا .
Traduction anglaise
Malik said, "If the imam stops off on a journey in a town where jumua is obligatory and he gives a khutba and takes the jumua prayer for them, then the people of the town and any other people present do the jumua prayer with him." Malik said, "If the imam gathers people for prayer while he is travelling in a town where the jumua prayer is not obligatory, then there is no jumua for him, nor for the people of the town, nor for anyone else who joins them for the prayer in congregation, and the people of the town and anyone else who is not travelling should complete the prayer." Malik added, "A traveller does not have to do jumua " Yahya related to me from Malik from Abu'z Zinad from al-Araj from Abu Hurayra that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, mentioned the day of jumua and said, "There is a time in it when Allah gives to a muslim slave standing in prayer whatever he asks for," and the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, indicated with his hand how small it was
Traduction en ourdou
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ذکر کیا جمعہ کا پھر کہا کہ اس میں ایک ساعت ایسی ہے کہ نہیں پاتا اس کا بندہ مسلمان اور وہ نماز میں کھڑا ہوتا ہے اور مانگتا ہے اللہ سے کچھ مگر دیتا ہے اللہ اس چیز کو اس کو اور اشارہ کیا رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اپنے ہاتھ سے کہ وہ ساعت تھوڑی ہے ۔
