كتاب العتق والولاء
Aicha, que Allah l'agrée l'épouse du Prophète (Sur lui la grâce et la paix d'Allah) r a rapporté qu'on demanda à l'Envoyé d'Allah (salallahou alayhi wa salam) r (Sur lui la grâce et la paix d'Allah) lequel des esclaves, est-il préférable de libérer»? Il répondit: «Celui qui est le plus coûteux, et que son maître veut le plus retenir». (......) 16 - Nafe' a rapporté que Abdallah Ibn Omar a libéré un adultérin et sa mère esclave». Chapitre X Le droit d'accorder le patronage à celui qui fait l'affranchissement

حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم سُئِلَ عَنِ الرِّقَابِ أَيُّهَا أَفْضَلُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أَغْلاَهَا ثَمَنًا وَأَنْفَسُهَا عِنْدَ أَهْلِهَا " .
Traduction anglaise
Malik related to me from Hisham ibn Urwa from his father from A'isha, the wife of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, was asked what was the most excellent kind of slave to free. The Messenger of Allah, May Allah bless him and grant him peace, answered, "The most expensive and the most valuable to his master
Traduction en ourdou
حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سوال ہوا کون سا بررہ آزاد کرنا افضل ہے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا جس کی قیمت بھاری ہو اور اس کے مالکون کر بہت مرغوب ہو۔
