On rapporta à Malek qu'un homme des Ansars, de la tribu de Al-Hareth Ibn Al-Khazraj , fit à ses parents, une aumône. Ses parents étant décédés, le fils hérita tous leurs biens qui étaient des palmeraies. Alors, il interrogea à ce sujet l'Envoyé d'Allah (salallahou alayhi wa salam) r (Sur lui la grâce et la paix d'Allah) qui lui répondit: «Tu as fait l'aumône à tes parents,et tu en as déjà eu une récompense; quant à l'héritage, il est ton acquisition». Texte arabe original

وَحَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ أَنَّ رَجُلاً، مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ مِنْ بَنِي الْحَارِثِ بْنِ الْخَزْرَجِ تَصَدَّقَ عَلَى أَبَوَيْهِ بِصَدَقَةٍ فَهَلَكَا فَوَرِثَ ابْنُهُمَا الْمَالَ وَهُوَ نَخْلٌ فَسَأَلَ عَنْ ذَلِكَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ ‏ "‏ قَدْ أُجِرْتَ فِي صَدَقَتِكَ وَخُذْهَا بِمِيرَاثِكَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Traduction anglaise

Malik related to me that he heard that a man of the Ansar from the tribe of Banu al-Harith ibn al-Khazraj, gave sadaqa to his parents and then they died. Their son inherited the property he had given them and it was palm-trees. He asked the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, about it and he said, "You are rewarded for your sadaqa, and take it as your inheritance

Traduction en ourdou

حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے روایت ہے کہ ایک شخص نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے کہا کہ میرے ماں کا دم یکایک نکل گیا اگر بات کرنے پاتی تو ضرور صدقہ کرتی کیا میں اس کی طرف سے صدقہ کروں آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ہاں ۔ ایک شخص انصاری نے اپنے والدین کو کھجور کے درخت صدقہ میں دئیے پھر والدین مر گئے تو وہی شخص اس کا وارث ہو اس نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے بیان کیا آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا اتجھے صدقہ کا ثواب ہوا اب میراث میں اس کو لے لے
