كتاب البيوع
Abou Sa'id Al Khoudri a rapporté que l'Envoyé d'Allah (salallahou alayhi wa salam) r (Sur lui la grâce et la paix d'Allah) a refuté «la mouzabana» et «la mouhaqala». Et «la mouzabana» c'est la vente des dattes sur les dattiers contre des dattes sèches, et «la mouhaqala» est le fait de louer la terre en échange avec une quantité de froment»

وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ، عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ، مَوْلَى ابْنِ أَبِي أَحْمَدَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنِ الْمُزَابَنَةِ وَالْمُحَاقَلَةِ وَالْمُزَابَنَةُ اشْتِرَاءُ الثَّمَرِ بِالتَّمْرِ فِي رُءُوسِ النَّخْلِ وَالْمُحَاقَلَةُ كِرَاءُ الأَرْضِ بِالْحِنْطَةِ .
Traduction anglaise
Yahya related to me from Malik from Da'ud ibn al-Husayn from Abu Sufyan, the mawla of Ibn Abi Ahmad, from Abu Said al-Khudri that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, forbade muzabana and muhaqala. Muzabana was selling fresh dates for dried dates while they were still on the trees. Muhaqala was renting land in exchange for wheat
Traduction en ourdou
ابو سعید خدری سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے منع کیا مزابنہ اور محاقلہ سے مزابنہ کے معنی اوپر بیان ہوئے اور محاقلہ اس کو کہتے ہیں کہ گہیوں کا کھیت بدلے میں خشک گہیوں کے بیچے ۔
