Zaid Abou Ayach a rapporté qu'il a demandé Sa'd Ibn Abi Waqas au sujet de l'échange de l'orge contre le seigle»? Sa'd lui dit: «lequel est plus valable»? Zaid répondit: «C'est bien l'orge». Sa'd le lui interdit et dit: «J'ai entendu l'Envoyé d'Allah (salallahou alayhi wa salam) r (Sur lui la grâce et la paix d'Allah) dire au sujet de l'échange des dattes fraîches contre les sèches: «Les dattes fraîches, une fois séchées, perdront-elles de leurs poids»? On lui répondit que oui, l'Envoyé d'Allah (salallahou alayhi wa salam) (Sur lui la grâce et la paix d'Allah) interdit ce genre d'échange». Chapitre XIII De la «mouzabana» et «al-mouhaqala»

وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، أَنَّ زَيْدًا أَبَا عَيَّاشٍ، أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ، سَأَلَ سَعْدَ بْنَ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ عَنِ الْبَيْضَاءِ، بِالسُّلْتِ فَقَالَ لَهُ سَعْدٌ أَيَّتُهُمَا أَفْضَلُ قَالَ الْبَيْضَاءُ . فَنَهَاهُ عَنْ ذَلِكَ . وَقَالَ سَعْدٌ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُسْأَلُ عَنِ اشْتِرَاءِ التَّمْرِ بِالرُّطَبِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أَيَنْقُصُ الرُّطَبُ إِذَا يَبِسَ " . فَقَالُوا نَعَمْ . فَنَهَى عَنْ ذَلِكَ .

Yahya related to me from Malik from Abdullah ibn Yazid that Zayd ibn Ayyash told him that he had once asked Sad ibn Abi Waqqas about selling white wheat for a type of good barley. Sad asked him which was the better and when he told him the white wheat, he forbade the transaction. Sad said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, being asked about selling dried dates for fresh dates, and the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, 'Do the dates diminish in size when they become dry?' When he was told that they did, he forbade that

زید بن ابوعیاش سے روایت ہے کہ انہوں نے پوچھا سعد بن ابی وقاص سے کہ جو کے غور اور حجاز میں پیدا ہوتا ہے کے بدلے میں بیچ سکتے ہیں انہوں نے کہا دونوں میں کونسا اچھا ہے بولے جو تو منع کیا اس سے اور سعد نے کہا میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سنا آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے لوگوں سے پوچھا کہ خشک کھجور کو رطب بدلے میں بیچنا کیسا ہے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا رطب جب سوکھ جاتا ہے تو وزن اس کا کم ہو جاتا ہے لوگوں نے کہا ہاں آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے منع فرمایا ۔
