Hadith 1216 — Livre 29: Divorce
كتاب الطلاق
Nafe' a rapporté que Abdallah Ibn Omar disait: «Si l'homme divorce sa femme, et qu'elle commence ses menstrues pour la troisième fois, ils sont tous deux indépendants l'un de l'autre». Malek a dit: «Telle est la tradition suivie chez nous»

Texte arabe original
وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ إِذَا طَلَّقَ الرَّجُلُ امْرَأَتَهُ فَدَخَلَتْ فِي الدَّمِ مِنَ الْحَيْضَةِ الثَّالِثَةِ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ وَبَرِئَ مِنْهَا . قَالَ مَالِكٌ وَهُوَ الأَمْرُ عِنْدَنَا .
Traduction anglaise
Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi that Abdullah ibn Umar said, "When a man divorces his wife and she begins her third period, she is free from him and he is free from her." Malik said, "This is how things are done among us

عبداللہ بن عمر کہتے تھے جب مرد اپنی عورت کو طلاق دے اور تیسرا حیض شروع ہو جائے تو اس عورت کو خاوند سے علاقہ نہ رہا اور خاوند کو اس سے نہ تو وہ اس کا وارث ہوگا اور نہ وہ اس کی ۔ کہا مالک نے ہمارے نزدیک یہی حکم ہے۔
