كتاب الذبائح
Yahia Ibn Sa'id a rapporté que Abdallah Ibn Ayach Ibn Abi Rabi'a Al-Makhzoumi a ordonné un domestique d'égorger une bête. Quand le domestique allait le faire, il lui dit: «Prononce le nom d'Allah», le domestique répondit: «Je l'ai déjà dit»; Abdallah reprit sa demande: «Malheur à toi, prononce le Nom d'Allah»; le domestique répondit: «Je l'ai déjà prononcé». Alors Abdallah Ibn Ayach s'écria: «Par Allah, je ne mangerai pas de sa chair». Chapitre II Ce qui est permis d'égorger si c'est une nécessité

وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَيَّاشِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبِيعَةَ الْمَخْزُومِيَّ، أَمَرَ غُلاَمًا لَهُ أَنْ يَذْبَحَ ذَبِيحَةً فَلَمَّا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَذْبَحَهَا قَالَ لَهُ سَمِّ اللَّهَ . فَقَالَ لَهُ الْغُلاَمُ قَدْ سَمَّيْتُ . فَقَالَ لَهُ سَمِّ اللَّهَ وَيْحَكَ . قَالَ لَهُ قَدْ سَمَّيْتُ اللَّهَ . فَقَالَ لَهُ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ وَاللَّهِ لاَ أَطْعَمُهَا أَبَدًا .
Traduction anglaise
Yahya related to me from Malik from Yahya ibn Said that Abdullah ibn Ayyash ibn Abi Rabia al-Makhzumi ordered one of his slaves to slaughter an animal. When he wanted to slaughter it, he said to him, "Mention Allah's name." The slave said to him, "I have mentioned the name!" He said to him, "Mention the name of Allah, bother you!" He said to him, "I have mentioned the name of Allah " Abdullah ibn Ayyash said, "By Allah, I shall never eat it
Traduction en ourdou
یحیی بن سعید سے روایت ہے کہ عبداللہ بن عیاش نے حکم کیا اپنے غلام کو ایک جانور ذبح کرنے کا جب وہ ذبح کرنے لگا تو عبداللہ نے کہا بسم اللہ کہہ، غلام نے کہا میں کہہ چکا، پھر عبداللہ نے کہا بسم اللہ کہہ خرابی ہو تیرے لئے، غلام نے کہا میں کہہ چکا عبداللہ نے کہا قسم ہے اللہ کی میں یہ گوشت کبھی نہیں کھاؤں گا ۔
