Hadith 1037 — Livre 23: Sacrificial Animals
كتاب الأضاحي
Abou Ayoub Al-Ansari a rapporté: «Nous faisions offrande d'un mouton, que tout homme sacrifiait en son nom et au nom de sa famille. Mais plus tard, les hommes allaient par ostentation, faire offrande en surplus, cherchant par là à se distinguer». Malek a dit: «Ce que j'ai de mieux entendu pour l'offrande d'une chamelle, ou d'une vache, ou d'un mouton, c'est que l'homme en fasse sacrifice en son nom, et aux noms des membres de sa famille, d'une chamelle; ou qu'il immole une vache et un mouton qu'il possède, en faisant participer sa famille; mais celui qui achète une chamelle, ou une vache, ou un mouton avec un petit groupe de personnes pour l'immoler en commun, et où chacun payera ce qu'il doit pour prix, en s'emparant après, de la viande de la bête sacrifiée, cela est désapprouvé. Le hadith que nous avons entendu au sujet de l'offrande en commun, n'est admis que pour les membres d'une famille»

وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ صَيَّادٍ، أَنَّ عَطَاءَ بْنَ يَسَارٍ، أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ أَبَا أَيُّوبَ الأَنْصَارِيَّ أَخْبَرَهُ قَالَ كُنَّا نُضَحِّي بِالشَّاةِ الْوَاحِدَةِ يَذْبَحُهَا الرَّجُلُ عَنْهُ وَعَنْ أَهْلِ بَيْتِهِ ثُمَّ تَبَاهَى النَّاسُ بَعْدُ فَصَارَتْ مُبَاهَاةً .
Traduction anglaise
Yahya related to me from Malik from Umara ibn Yasar that Ata ibn Yasar told him that Abu Ayyub al-Ansari had told him, "We used to sacrifice one sheep, and a man sacrificed for himself and his family. Then later on people began to compete with each other and it became boasting." Malik said, "The best that I have heard about a single camel, cow or sheep, is that a man should sacrifice a camel for himself and his family. He sacrifices a cow or sheep which he owns for his family, and shares with them in it. It is disapproved for a group of people to buy a camel, cow or sheep, to share for the ritual and sacrifices, each man giving a share of its price, and taking a share of its meat. We have heard the tradition that people do not share in the ritual. However, it may be that the people of one household can share
Traduction en ourdou
عمارہ بن صیاد سے روایت ہے کہ عطاء بن یسار نے خبر دی ان کو، ابوایوب انصاری سے سن کر کہتے تھے کہ ہم قربانی کرتے تھے ایک بکری اپنے اور اپنے تمام گھر والوں کی طرف سے بعد اس کے فخر سمجھ کر ہر ایک کی طرف سے ایک ایک بکری کرنا شروع کی ۔ کہا مالک نے میں نے جو بہتر سنا ہے اس باب میں وہ یہ ہے کہ آدمی اپنے اور اپنے گھر والوں کی طرف سے ایک اونٹ یا گائے یا بکری جس کا وہ مالک ہو ذبح کرے اور سب آدمیوں کو ثواب میں شریک کرے لیکن یہ صورت کہ ایک آدمی ایک اونٹ یا گائے یا بکری خرید کرے اور کئی آدمیوں کو قربانی میں شریک کرے یعنی ہر ایک سے حصة رسد قیمت لے اور اس کے موافق گوشت دے مکروہ ہے ہم نے تو یہ سنا ہے کہ قربانی میں شریک نہیں ہو سکتا بلکہ ایک گھر کے لوگوں کی طرف سے ایک قربانی ہو سکتی ہے ۔
