كتاب الصوم
Abou Houraira a rapporté que l'Envoyé d'Allah (salallahou alayhi wa salam) r (Sur lui la grâce et la paix d'Allah) a dit: «Le jeûne est protection. Si l'un de vous fait le jeûne, qu'il ne tienne pas de propos indécents, qu'il ne commette pas des actes inconvenables; si quelqu'un l'injurie ou l'attaque, qu'il dise: «je jeûne, je jeûne»

Texte arabe original
وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " الصِّيَامُ جُنَّةٌ فَإِذَا كَانَ أَحَدُكُمْ صَائِمًا فَلاَ يَرْفُثْ وَلاَ يَجْهَلْ فَإِنِ امْرُؤٌ قَاتَلَهُ أَوْ شَاتَمَهُ فَلْيَقُلْ إِنِّي صَائِمٌ إِنِّي صَائِمٌ " .
Traduction anglaise
Yahya related to me from Malik from Abu'z Zinad from al-A'raj from Abu Hurayra that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Fasting is a protection for you, so when you are fasting, do not behave obscenely or foolishly, and if any one argues with you or abuses you, say, 'I am fasting. I am fasting
Traduction en ourdou
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا روزہ ڈھال ہے تو جب تم میں سے کوئی روزہ دار ہو تو چاہیے کہ بے ہودہ نہ بکے اور جہالت نہ کرے اگر کوئی شخص اسے گالیاں بکے یا لڑے تو کہہ دے میں روزہ دار ہوں میں روزہ دار ہوں ۔
