Hadith 7544 — Livre 56: The Book of Commentary on the Qur'an
كتاب التفسير
Rapporté par Ibn Abbas رضي الله عنه : Ce verset a été révélé à La Mecque : « Et ceux qui n’invoquent pas d’autre dieu avec Allah et ne tuent pas la vie qu’Allah a rendue sacrée, sauf avec droit » jusqu’au mot “abaissés”. Les polythéistes dirent alors : « L’islam ne nous sert à rien, car nous avons associé des partenaires à Allah, tué des vies interdites et commis la débauche. » C’est alors qu’Allah, le Très-Haut et Glorieux, a révélé ce verset : « Sauf celui qui se repent, croit et fait de bonnes œuvres » jusqu’à la fin. Ibn Abbas رضي الله عنه a dit : « Celui qui entre dans l’islam, comprend ses règles puis tue une âme, il n’y a pas de repentir pour lui. »

حَدَّثَنِي هَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ، هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ اللَّيْثِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، - يَعْنِي شَيْبَانَ - عَنْ مَنْصُورِ بْنِ الْمُعْتَمِرِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ،قَالَ نَزَلَتْ هَذِهِ الآيَةُ بِمَكَّةَ { وَالَّذِينَ لاَ يَدْعُونَ مَعَ اللَّهِ إِلَهًا آخَرَ} إِلَى قَوْلِهِ { مُهَانًا} فَقَالَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ وَمَا يُغْنِي عَنَّا الإِسْلاَمُ وَقَدْ عَدَلْنَا بِاللَّهِ وَقَدْ قَتَلْنَا النَّفْسَ الَّتِي حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ وَأَتَيْنَا الْفَوَاحِشَ فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ { إِلاَّ مَنْ تَابَ وَآمَنَ وَعَمِلَ عَمَلاً صَالِحًا} إِلَى آخِرِ الآيَةِ . قَالَ فَأَمَّا مَنْ دَخَلَ فِي الإِسْلاَمِ وَعَقَلَهُ ثُمَّ قَتَلَ فَلاَ تَوْبَةَ لَهُ .
Traduction anglaise
Ibn 'Abbas said:This verse was revealed in Mecca:" And they who call not upon another god with Allah and slay not the soul which Allah has forbidden except in the cause of justice" up to the word Muhdana (abased). Thereupon the polytheists said: Islam is of no avail to us for we have made peer with Allah and we killed the soul which Allah had forbidden to do and we committed debauchery, and it was (on this occasion) that Allah, the Exalted and Glorious, revealed this verse:" Except him who repents and believes and does good deeds" up to the end Ibn 'Abbis says: He who enters the fold of Islam and understands its command and then kills the soul there is no repentance for him

ابو معاویہ شیبان نے منصور بن معتمر سے انھوں نے سعید بن جیبر سے اور انھوں نے حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کی کہا : یہ آیت : " جو لوگ اللہ کے ساتھ کسی اور معبود کو نہیں پکارتے " سے لے کر " ذلت کے عالم میں ( ہمیشہ رہے گا ) تک مکہ میں نازل ہوئی ۔ مشرکوں نے کہا : ہمیں اسلام کس بات کا فائدہ دے گا ۔ جبکہ ہم اللہ کے ساتھ ( دوسروں کو ) شریک بھی ٹھہراچکے ہیں اور اللہ کی حرام کردہ جانوں کو قتل بھی کر چکے ہیں اور فواحش کا ارتکاب بھی کر چکے ہیں ؟اس پر اللہ تعالیٰ نے ( یہ آیت ) نازل فرمائی : " سوائے اس شخص کے جس نے تو بہ کی ایمان لے آیا اور نیک عمل کیے " آیت کے آخری حصے تک ۔ انھوں نے ( ابن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ ) نے کہا : لیکن جو شخص اسلام میں داخل ہو گیا اور اس کو سمجھ لیا پھر اس نے ( عمداً کسی مومن کو ) قتل کیا تو اس کے لیے کوئی توبہ نہیں ۔
