Rapporté par Abu Huraira : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Allah est plus heureux du repentir de Son serviteur quand il revient vers Lui que l’un d’entre vous ne le serait en retrouvant son chameau perdu. »

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ بْنِ قَعْنَبٍ الْقَعْنَبِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمُغِيرَةُ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْحِزَامِيَّ - عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لَلَّهُ أَشَدُّ فَرَحًا بِتَوْبَةِ أَحَدِكُمْ مِنْ أَحَدِكُمْ بِضَالَّتِهِ إِذَا وَجَدَهَا " .
Traduction anglaise
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:Allah is more pleased with the repentance of His servant when he turns penitently towards Him than one of you would be on finding the lost camel

اعرج نے حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی ، کہا : رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : " اللہ تعالیٰ یقینا تم میں سے کسی کے توبہ کرنے پر اس سے زیادہ خوش ہوتا ہے جتنا تم میں سے کوئی شخص اپنی گم شدہ سواری ( واپس ) پا کر خوش ہوتا ہے ۔
