Hadith 6056 — Livre 43: The Book of Virtues

Rapporté par Anas ibn Malik رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ est venu chez Oumm Soulaym et a dormi dans son lit alors qu’elle était absente. Un autre jour, il a aussi dormi dans son lit. On a dit à Oumm Soulaym : « C’est le Messager d’Allah ﷺ qui fait la sieste chez toi, dans ton lit. » Elle est venue et l’a trouvé en train de transpirer, et sa sueur tombait sur le tissu en cuir posé sur son lit. Elle a ouvert son flacon de parfum et a commencé à recueillir la sueur. Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ s’est réveillé en sursaut et a dit : « Oumm Soulaym, que fais-tu ? » Elle a répondu : « Ô Messager d’Allah, nous cherchons la bénédiction pour nos enfants grâce à elle. » Il a alors dit : « Tu as bien fait. »

وَحَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حُجَيْنُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ، - وَهُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ - عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَدْخُلُ بَيْتَ أُمِّ سُلَيْمٍ فَيَنَامُ عَلَى فِرَاشِهَا وَلَيْسَتْ فِيهِ - قَالَ - فَجَاءَ ذَاتَ يَوْمٍ فَنَامَ عَلَى فِرَاشِهَا فَأُتِيَتْ فَقِيلَ لَهَا هَذَا النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَامَ فِي بَيْتِكِ عَلَى فِرَاشِكِ - قَالَ - فَجَاءَتْ وَقَدْ عَرِقَ وَاسْتَنْقَعَ عَرَقُهُ عَلَى قِطْعَةِ أَدِيمٍ عَلَى الْفِرَاشِ فَفَتَحَتْ عَتِيدَتَهَا فَجَعَلَتْ تُنَشِّفُ ذَلِكَ الْعَرَقَ فَتَعْصِرُهُ فِي قَوَارِيرِهَا فَفَزِعَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ " مَا تَصْنَعِينَ يَا أُمَّ سُلَيْمٍ " . فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ نَرْجُو بَرَكَتَهُ لِصِبْيَانِنَا قَالَ " أَصَبْتِ " .
Traduction anglaise
Anas b. Malik reported that Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) came to the house of Umm Sulaim and slept in her bed while she was away from her house. On the other day too he slept in her bed. She came and it was said to her:It is Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) who is having siesta in your house, lying in your bed. She came and found him sweating and his sweat falling on the leather cloth spread on her bed. She opened her scent-bag and began to fill the bottles with it. Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) was startled and woke up and said: Umm Sulaim, what are you doing? She said: Allah's Messenger, we seek blessings for our children through it. Thereupon he said: You have done something right
Traduction en ourdou
اسحاق بن عبداللہ بن ابی طلحہ نے حضرت انس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ بن مالک رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کی ، کہا : کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ام سلیم کے گھر میں جاتے اور ان کے بچھونے پر سو رہتے ، اور وہ گھر میں نہیں ہوتیں تھیں ایک دن آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم تشریف لائے اور ان کے بچھونے پر سو رہے ۔ لوگوں نے انہیں بلا کر کہا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم تمہارے گھر میں تمہارے بچھونے پر سو رہے ہیں ، یہ سن کر وہ آئیں دیکھا تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو پسینہ آیا ہوا ہے اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا پسینہ چمڑے کے بچھونے پر جمع ہو گیا ہے ۔ ام سلیم نے اپنا ڈبہ کھولا اور یہ پسینہ پونچھ پونچھ کر شیشوں میں بھرنے لگیں ۔ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم گھبرا کر اٹھ بیٹھے اور فرمایا کہ اے ام سلیم! کیا کرتی ہے؟ انہوں نے کہا کہ یا رسول اللہ! ہم اپنے بچوں کے لئے برکت کی امید رکھتے ہیں ۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ تم نے ٹھیک کیا ۔
