Rapporté par Anas b. Malik رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ et ses compagnons étaient à un endroit appelé az-Zaura’ (un lieu dans le marché de Médine près de la mosquée). Il demanda un récipient d’eau, mit sa main dedans, et de l’eau commença à jaillir entre ses doigts. Tous les compagnons firent leurs ablutions. Qatada, un des rapporteurs, demanda à Abu Hamza (le surnom d’Anas b. Malik) : « Combien étaient-ils ? » Il répondit : « Environ trois cents. »

حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو غَسَّانَ الْمِسْمَعِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذٌ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ هِشَامٍ - حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَأَصْحَابَهُ بِالزَّوْرَاءِ - قَالَ وَالزَّوْرَاءُ بِالْمَدِينَةِ عِنْدَ السُّوقِ وَالْمَسْجِدِ فِيمَا ثَمَّهْ - دَعَا بِقَدَحٍ فِيهِ مَاءٌ فَوَضَعَ كَفَّهُ فِيهِ فَجَعَلَ يَنْبُعُ مِنْ بَيْنِ أَصَابِعِهِ فَتَوَضَّأَ جَمِيعُ أَصْحَابِهِ . قَالَ قُلْتُ كَمْ كَانُوا يَا أَبَا حَمْزَةَ قَالَ كَانُوا زُهَاءَ الثَّلاَثِمِائَةِ .
Traduction anglaise
Anas b. Malik reported that Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) and his Companions were at a place known as az-Zaura' (az-Zaurd' is a place in the bazar of Medina near the mosque) that he called for a vessel containing water. He put his hand in that. And there began to spout (water) between his fingers and all the Companions performed ablution. Qatada, one of the narrators in the chain of narrators, said:Abu Hamza (the kunya of Hadrat Anas b. Malik), how many people were they? He said: They were about three hundred

معاذ کے والد ہشام نے قتادہ سے روایت کی ، کہا : ہمیں حضرت انس بن مالک رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے حدیث بیان کی کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے اصحاب ( مقام ) زوراء میں تھے { اور زوراء مدینہ میں مسجد اور بازار کے نزدیک ایک مقام ہے } آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے پانی کا ایک پیالہ منگوایا اور اپنی ہتھیلی اس میں رکھ دی ، تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی انگلیوں کے درمیان سے پانی پھوٹنے لگا اور تمام اصحاب رضی اللہ عنہم نے وضو کر لیا ۔ قتادہ نے کہا کہ میں نے انس رضی اللہ عنہ سے کہا کہ اے ابوحمزہ! اس وقت آپ کتنے آدمی ہوں گے؟ سیدنا انس رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا کہ تین سو کے قریب تھے ۔
