كتاب اللباس والزينة
Rapporté par Abdullah b. ‘Amr رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ m’a vu porter deux vêtements teints au safran. Il m’a dit : « Est-ce ta mère qui t’a demandé de faire cela ? » J’ai répondu : « Je vais les laver. » Il a dit : « Non, brûle-les. »

حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ رُشَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ الْمَوْصِلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ الأَحْوَلِ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، قَالَ رَأَى النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَلَىَّ ثَوْبَيْنِ مُعَصْفَرَيْنِ فَقَالَ " أَأُمُّكَ أَمَرَتْكَ بِهَذَا " . قُلْتُ أَغْسِلُهُمَا . قَالَ " بَلْ أَحْرِقْهُمَا " .

Abdullah b. 'Amr reported:Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) saw me in two clothes dyed in saffron, whereupon he said: Has your mother ordered you to do so? And I said: I will wash them. He said: But burn them

طاوس نے حضرت عبد اللہ بن عمرو رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کی ، کہا : رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مجھے گیروے رنگ کے دو کپڑے پہنے ہو ئے دیکھا تو آپ نے فرما یا : " کیا تمھا ری ماں نے تمھیں یہ کپڑےپہننے کا حکم دیا ہے؟ " میں نے عرض کی : میں ان کو دھو ڈالوں ؟آپ نے فرما یا : " بلکہ ان کو جلا دو ۔
