كتاب الصيد والذبائح
Rapporté par Bara' ibn 'Azib رضي الله عنه : « Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ nous a ordonné de jeter la chair des ânes domestiques, qu’elle soit crue ou cuite ; il ne nous a jamais ordonné d’en manger. »

Texte arabe original
وَحَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ، قَالَ أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ نُلْقِيَ لُحُومَ الْحُمُرِ الأَهْلِيَّةِ نِيئَةً وَنَضِيجَةً ثُمَّ لَمْ يَأْمُرْنَا بِأَكْلِهِ .
Traduction anglaise
Bara' b. 'Azib reported:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) commanded us to throw away the flesh of domestic asses whether uncooked or cooked; he then never commanded us to eat that

جریر نے عاصم سے ، انھوں نے شعبی سے ، انھوں نے براء بن عاذب رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کی ، کہا : رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ہمیں حکم دیا کہ ہم پالتو گدھوں کا گوشت پھینک دیں ، کچا ہو یا پکا ہوا ۔ پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے کبھی ہمیں ان کو کھانے کی اجازت نہیں دی ۔
