Rapporté par Anas ibn Malik رضي الله عنه : La tradition a été rapportée par une chaîne différente, mais cette version ne mentionne pas : « Et ce n’était pas le Négus pour qui le Prophète ﷺ a accompli la prière funéraire. »

وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الرُّزِّيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم . بِمِثْلِهِ وَلَمْ يَقُلْ وَلَيْسَ بِالنَّجَاشِي الَّذِي صَلَّى عَلَيْهِ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم .
Traduction anglaise
The tradition has been narrated on the authority of Anas b. Malik (the same narrator) through a different chain of transmitters, but this version does not mention:" And he was not the Negus for whom the Prophet (ﷺ) had said the funeral prayers

عبدالوہاب بن عطاء نے سعید سے ، انہوں نے قتادہ سے روایت کی ، کہا : ہمیں حضرت انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ نے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے اسی کے مانند حدیث بیان کی ، اور انہوں نے یہ نہیں کہا : اور یہ نجاشی وہ نہیں تھا جس کی نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے نماز جنازہ پڑھائی تھی
