Hadith 4465 — Livre 29: The Book of Legal Punishments
كتاب الحدود
Rapporté par Abu Huraira : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Il n’y a pas de compensation à payer pour une blessure causée par un animal, une chute dans un puits ou une mine. Et un cinquième (du trésor trouvé) revient au gouvernement. »

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ، قَالاَ أَخْبَرَنَا اللَّيْثُ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ، سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، وَأَبِي، سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ قَالَ " الْعَجْمَاءُ جَرْحُهَا جُبَارٌ وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمْسُ " .
Traduction anglaise
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:No requital is payable for a wound caused by an animal, for (falling into) a well and a mine, and one-fifth (is the share of the government) in the buried treasure (treasure-trove)
Traduction en ourdou
ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے جناب رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا جانور كا زخمی كرنا لغو ہے ( یعنی اس كا تاوان كسی پر نہ ہوگا ) اور كنواں لغو ہے . اور ركاز میں پانچواں حصہ ہے .
