Hadith 4330 — Livre 27: The Book of Oaths
كتاب الأيمان
Rapporté par Ibn 'Umar : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Celui qui renonce à sa part dans un esclave, le reste du prix sera payé avec ses biens s’il a assez pour payer la valeur totale de l’esclave. »

وَحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنْ أَعْتَقَ شِرْكًا لَهُ فِي عَبْدٍ عَتَقَ مَا بَقِيَ فِي مَالِهِ إِذَا كَانَ لَهُ مَالٌ يَبْلُغُ ثَمَنَ الْعَبْدِ " .
Traduction anglaise
Ibn 'Umar reported Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) as saying:He who gives up his share in a slave, the remaining (share) will be paid out of his riches if his riches are enough to meet the price of the slave
Traduction en ourdou
زہری نے سالم سے اور انہوں نے حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی کہ نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : جس نے کسی غلام ( کی ملکیت میں ) سے اپنا حصہ آزاد کیا تو اس کا باقی حصہ بھی اس کے مال سے آزاد ہو گا ، بشرطیکہ اس کے پاس اتنا مال ہو جو غلام کی قیمت کو پہنچ جائے
