Rapporté par Abu Huraira رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Un serment doit être compris selon l’intention de celui qui le prononce. »

وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، عَنْ هُشَيْمٍ، عَنْ عَبَّادِ بْنِ، أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " الْيَمِينُ عَلَى نِيَّةِ الْمُسْتَحْلِفِ " .
Traduction anglaise
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:An oath is to be interpreted according to the intention of the one who takes it

یزید بن ہارون نے ہشیم سے ، انہوں نے عباد بن ابی صالح سے ، انہوں نے اپنے والد سے اور انہوں نے حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی ، انہوں نے کہا : رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : " قسم ، حلف لینے والے کی نیت کے مطابق ہو گی
