Hadith 4180 — Livre 24: The Book of Gifts
كتاب الهبة
Rapporté par Nu'man b. Bashir : Son père lui avait offert un esclave. Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Qui est cet esclave (comment l’as-tu obtenu) ? » Nu'man b. Bashir répondit : « Mon père me l’a offert. » Il demanda alors : « As-tu donné un cadeau semblable à tous tes frères ? » Il répondit : « Non. » Le Prophète ﷺ dit alors : « Rends-le. »

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا النُّعْمَانُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ، قَالَ وَقَدْ أَعْطَاهُ أَبُوهُ غُلاَمًا فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَا هَذَا الْغُلاَمُ " . قَالَ أَعْطَانِيهِ أَبِي . قَالَ " فَكُلَّ إِخْوَتِهِ أَعْطَيْتَهُ كَمَا أَعْطَيْتَ هَذَا " . قَالَ لاَ . قَالَ " فَرُدَّهُ " .
Traduction anglaise
Nu'man b. Bashir reported that his father had donated a slave to him. Allah's Apostle (may peace he upon him) said:Who is this slave (how have you come to possess it)? Thereupon he (Nu'man b. Bashir) said: My father has donated it to me, whereupon he said: Have all brothers (of yours) been given this gift as given to you? He said: No. Thereupon he (the Holy Prophet) said: Then return him
Traduction en ourdou
عروہ سے روایت ہے ، انہوں نے کہا : ہمیں حضرت نعمان بن بشیر رضی اللہ عنہ نے حدیث بیان کی ، انہوں نے کہا : ان کے والد نے انہیں ایک غلام دیا تو نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان سے پوچھا : " یہ کیسا غلام ہے؟ " انہوں نے کہا : یہ میرے والد نے مجھے دیا ہے ۔ ( پھر ) آپ نے ( نعمان رضی اللہ عنہ کے والد سے ) پوچھا : " تم نے اس کے تمام بھائیوں کو بھی اسی طرح عطیہ دیا ہے جیسے اس کو دیا ہے؟ " انہوں نے جواب دیا : نہیں ۔ آپ نے فرمایا : " اسے واپس لو
