Hadith 3660 — Livre 18: The Book of Divorce
كتاب الطلاق
Rapporté par Ibn ‘Umar رضي الله عنه : Il a divorcé de sa femme alors qu’elle avait ses règles. ‘Umar رضي الله عنه a interrogé le Messager d’Allah ﷺ à ce sujet, et il a dit : « Ordonne-lui de la reprendre jusqu’à ce qu’elle soit purifiée, puis qu’elle ait ses deuxièmes règles, puis qu’elle soit purifiée. Ensuite, il pourra soit la divorcer définitivement, soit la garder. »

وَحَدَّثَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ الأَوْدِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ، حَدَّثَنِي سُلَيْمَانُ، - وَهُوَ ابْنُ بِلاَلٍ - حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّهُ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهْىَ حَائِضٌ فَسَأَلَ عُمَرُ عَنْ ذَلِكَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ " مُرْهُ فَلْيُرَاجِعْهَا حَتَّى تَطْهُرَ ثُمَّ تَحِيضَ حَيْضَةً أُخْرَى ثُمَّ تَطْهُرَ ثُمَّ يُطَلِّقَ بَعْدُ أَوْ يُمْسِكَ " .
Traduction anglaise
Ibn 'Umar (Allah be pleased with them) reported that he divorced his wife while she was in her menses. 'Umar (Allah be pleased with him) asked Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) about that, and he said:Command him to take her back until she is pure and then she enters the second menses and then becomes pure. Then either divorce her (finally) or retain her

عبداللہ بن دینار نے ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہ سے حدیث بیان کی کہ انہوں نے اپنی بیوی کو جبکہ وہ حائضہ تھی طلاق دی ، حضرت عمر رضی اللہ عنہ نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے اس کے بارے میں پوچھا تو آپ نے فرمایا : " اسے حکم دو کہ اس سے رجوع کرے یہاں تک کہ وہ ( حیض سے ) پاک ہو جائے ، پھر اسے دوبارہ حیض آ جائے ، پھر پاک ہو جائے ، پھر اس کے بعد اسے طلاق دے یا ( اپنے پاس ) روک لے
