Hadith 3550 — Livre 16: The Book of Marriage
كتاب النكاح
Rapporté par Abu Sa'id al-Khudri رضي الله عنه : On a parlé de l’azl en présence du Messager d’Allah ﷺ. Il a alors dit : « Pourquoi le pratiquez-vous ? » Ils ont répondu : « Il y a un homme dont la femme doit allaiter l’enfant, et s’il a des rapports avec elle, elle pourrait tomber enceinte, ce qu’il ne souhaite pas. Et il y a un autre homme qui a une esclave et il a des rapports avec elle, mais il ne veut pas qu’elle tombe enceinte pour qu’elle ne devienne pas Umm Walad. » Le Prophète ﷺ a alors dit : « Il n’y a pas de mal si vous ne le faites pas, car la naissance de l’enfant est une chose prédestinée. » Ibn ‘Aun a dit : J’ai mentionné ce hadith à Hasan, et il a dit : « Par Allah, on dirait qu’il y a un reproche dans ce hadith concernant l’azl. »

وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَوْنٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ بِشْرٍ الأَنْصَارِيِّ، . قَالَ فَرَدَّ الْحَدِيثَ حَتَّى رَدَّهُ إِلَى أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ ذُكِرَ الْعَزْلُ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ " وَمَا ذَاكُمْ " . قَالُوا الرَّجُلُ تَكُونُ لَهُ الْمَرْأَةُ تُرْضِعُ فَيُصِيبُ مِنْهَا وَيَكْرَهُ أَنْ تَحْمِلَ مِنْهُ وَالرَّجُلُ تَكُونُ لَهُ الأَمَةُ فَيُصِيبُ مِنْهَا وَيَكْرَهُ أَنْ تَحْمِلَ مِنْهُ . قَالَ " فَلاَ عَلَيْكُمْ أَنْ لاَ تَفْعَلُوا ذَاكُمْ فَإِنَّمَا هُوَ الْقَدَرُ " . قَالَ ابْنُ عَوْنٍ فَحَدَّثْتُ بِهِ الْحَسَنَ فَقَالَ وَاللَّهِ لَكَأَنَّ هَذَا زَجْرٌ .
Traduction anglaise
Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (Allah be pleased with him) reported that mention was made of 'azl in the presence of Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) whereupon he said:Why do you practise it? They said: There is a man whose wife has to suckle the child, and if that person has a sexual intercourse with her (she may conceive) which he does not like, and there is another person who has a slave-girl and he has a sexual intercourse with her, but he does not like her to have conception so that she may not become Umm Walad, whereupon he (the Holy Prophet) said: There is no harm if you do not do that, for that (the birth of the child) is something pre- ordained. Ibn 'Aun said: I made a mention of this hadith to Hasan, and he said: By Allah, (it seems) as if there is upbraiding in it (for 'azl)
Traduction en ourdou
معاذ بن معاذ نے ہمیں حدیث بیان کی ، کہا : ہمیں ابن عون نے محمد ( بن سیرین ) سے حدیث بیان کی ، انہوں نے عبدالرحمٰن بن بشر انصاری سے روایت کی ، اور اس حدیث کو پیچھے لے گئے اور اسے حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ کی طرف منسوب کیا ، انہوں نے کہا : نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس عزل کا تذکرہ کیا گیا ، تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : "" ( اس سے ) تمہارا مقصود کیا ہے؟ "" صحابہ کرام رضی اللہ عنہم نے جواب دیا : کسی آدمی کی بیوی ہے ( بچے کو ) دودھ پلا رہی ہوتی ہے ، وہ اس سے مباشرت کرتا ہے اور ناپسند کرتا ہے کہ وہ اس سے حاملہ ہو ۔ اور کسی شخص کی لونڈی ہے وہ اس سے مباشرت کرتا ہے اور ناپسند کرتا ہے کہ وہ اس سے حاملہ ہو ۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : "" کوئی حرج نہیں کہ تم ایسا نہ کرو ، یہ ( بچے کا پیدا ہونا یا نہ ہونا ) تو تقدیر کا معاملہ ہے ۔ "" ابن عون نے کہا : میں نے یہ حدیث حسن ( بصری ) کو سنائی تو انہوں نے کہا : اللہ کی قسم! یہ تو گویا ڈانٹ ہے
