Hadith 3455 — Livre 16: The Book of Marriage
كتاب النكاح
Rapporté par Ibn ‘Umar رضي الله عنهما : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Une personne ne doit pas conclure une transaction alors que son frère l’a déjà engagée sans qu’elle soit finalisée, et il ne doit pas faire une demande en mariage alors qu’une demande a déjà été faite par son frère, sauf si ce dernier l’y autorise. »

وَحَدَّثَنِي زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، جَمِيعًا عَنْ يَحْيَى الْقَطَّانِ، قَالَ زُهَيْرٌ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ يَبِعِ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ وَلاَ يَخْطُبْ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ إِلاَّ أَنْ يَأْذَنَ لَهُ " .
Traduction anglaise
Ibn Umar (Allah be pleased with them) reported Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) as having said this:A person should not enter into a transaction when his brother (had already entered into but not finalised), and he should not make proposal of marriage upon the proposal already made by his brother, until he permits it

یحییٰ نے ہمیں عبیداللہ سے حدیث بیان کی ، کہا : مجھے نافع نے حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہ سے خبر دی ، انہوں نے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے روایت کی ، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : " کوئی آدمی اپنے بھائی کے سودے پر سودا نہ کرے اور نہ اپنے بھائی کے پیغامِ نکاح پر پیغام بھیجے الا یہ کہ وہ اسے اجازت دے
