Hadith 3430 — Livre 16: The Book of Marriage
كتاب النكاح
Rapporté par Sabra al-Juhani, d’après son père : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a interdit le mariage temporaire et a dit : « Sachez qu’il est interdit à partir de ce jour jusqu’au Jour de la Résurrection, et celui qui a donné quelque chose (comme dot) ne doit pas le reprendre. »

وَحَدَّثَنِي سَلَمَةَ بْنُ شَبِيبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ أَعْيَنَ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْقِلٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عَبْلَةَ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سَبْرَةَ الْجُهَنِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنِ الْمُتْعَةِ وَقَالَ " أَلاَ إِنَّهَا حَرَامٌ مِنْ يَوْمِكُمْ هَذَا إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ وَمَنْ كَانَ أَعْطَى شَيْئًا فَلاَ يَأْخُذْهُ " .
Traduction anglaise
Sabra al-Juhanni reported on the authority of his father:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) prohibited the contracting of temporary marriage and said: Behold, it is forbidden from this very day of yours to the Day of Resurrection, and he who has given something (as a dower) should not take it back

ہمیں معقل نے ابن ابی عبلہ سے حدیث بیان کی ، انہوں نے عمر بن عبدالعزیز سے روایت کی ، انہوں نے کہا : مجھے ربیع بن سبرہ جہنی نے اپنے والد سے حدیث بیان کی کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے متعے سے روکا اور فرمایا : " خبردار! یہ تمہارے آج کے دن سے قیامت کے دن تک کے لیے حرام ہے اور جس نے ( متعے کے عوض ) کوئی چیز دی ہو وہ اسے واپس نہ لے
