Hadith 3159 — Livre 15: The Book of Pilgrimage
كتاب الحج
Rapporté par Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-‘As رضي الله عنهما : Alors que le Messager d’Allah ﷺ prononçait un sermon le jour du sacrifice, un homme s’est levé devant lui et a dit : « Messager d’Allah, je ne savais pas que tel rite devait être fait avant tel autre. » Puis un autre homme est venu et a dit : « Messager d’Allah, je pensais que tel rite devait précéder tel autre. » Un autre encore est venu et a dit : « Messager d’Allah, je pensais que tel rite venait avant tel autre, et ainsi de suite pour les trois rites (jeter les cailloux, sacrifier l’animal et se raser la tête). » À tous les trois, il a répondu : « Faites-le maintenant (si vous n’avez pas respecté l’ordre), il n’y a pas de mal. »

وَحَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ خَشْرَمٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ شِهَابٍ، يَقُولُ حَدَّثَنِي عِيسَى بْنُ طَلْحَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بَيْنَا هُوَ يَخْطُبُ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ فَقَامَ إِلَيْهِ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ مَا كُنْتُ أَحْسِبُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَنَّ كَذَا وَكَذَا قَبْلَ كَذَا وَكَذَا ثُمَّ جَاءَ آخَرُ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ كُنْتُ أَحْسِبُ أَنَّ كَذَا قَبْلَ كَذَا وَكَذَا لِهَؤُلاَءِ الثَّلاَثِ قَالَ " افْعَلْ وَلاَ حَرَجَ " .
Traduction anglaise
Abdullah b. Amr b. al-'As (Allah be pleased with them) reported:As Allah's Apostle. (ﷺ) was delivering sermon on the Day of Nahr, a man stood up before him and said: Messenger of Allah, I did not know that such and such (rite was to be performed) before such and such (rite). Then another man came and said: Messenger of Allah, I thought that such and such (rite) should precede such and such (rite), and then another man came and said: Messenger of Allah, I had thought that such and such was before such and such, and such and such (is the sequence) of the three (rites, viz. throwing of pebbles, sacrificing of animal and shaving of one's head). He said to all these three: Do now (if you have not observed the cequence) ; there is no harm in it

عیسیٰ نے ہمیں ابن جریج سے خبر دی کہا میں نے ابن شہاب سے سنا کہہ رہے تھے عیسیٰ بن طلحہ نے مجھے حدیث بیان کی ، کہا مجھے حضرت عبد اللہ بن عمرو بن راص رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے حدیث بیان کی کہ اس دورا ن میں جب آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم قر بانی کے دن خطبہ دے رہے تھے کو ئی آدمی آپ کی طرف ( رخ کر کے ) کھڑا ہوا اور کہا : اے اللہ کے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم !میں نہیں سمجھتا تھا کہ فلا ں کا فلاں سے پہلے ہے پھر کو ئی اور آدمی آیا اور کہا : اے اللہ کے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم !میرا خیال تھا کہ فلا ں کا م فلا ں فلاں سے پہلے ہو گا ( انھوں نے ) ان تین کا موں ( سر منڈوانے رمی اور قر بانی کے بارے میں پو چھا تو ) آپ نے یہی فر ما یا : " ( اب ) کر لو کو ئی حرج نہیں ۔
