Rapporté par Ibn 'Umar : Un homme du désert est venu voir le Prophète et a dit : "Ô Messager d’Allah, ma femme a donné naissance sur mon lit à un garçon noir, alors qu’il n’y a personne de noir dans ma famille." Il a dit : "As-tu des chameaux ?" Il a répondu : "Oui." Il a demandé : "De quelle couleur sont-ils ?" Il a dit : "Rouges." Il a demandé : "Y en a-t-il des noirs parmi eux ?" Il a répondu : "Non." Il a demandé : "Y en a-t-il des gris parmi eux ?" Il a répondu : "Oui." Il a dit : "Comment cela se fait-il ?" Il a répondu : "Peut-être que c’est héréditaire." Il a dit : "Peut-être que la couleur de ton fils vient aussi de l’hérédité

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبَاءَةُ بْنُ كُلَيْبٍ اللَّيْثِيُّ أَبُو غَسَّانَ، عَنْ جُوَيْرِيَةَ بْنِ أَسْمَاءَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، . أَنَّ رَجُلاً، مِنْ أَهْلِ الْبَادِيَةِ أَتَى النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ امْرَأَتِي وَلَدَتْ عَلَى فِرَاشِي غُلاَمًا أَسْوَدَ وَإِنَّا أَهْلُ بَيْتٍ لَمْ يَكُنْ فِينَا أَسْوَدُ قَطُّ . قَالَ " هَلْ لَكَ مِنَ إِبِلٍ " . قَالَ نَعَمْ . قَالَ " فَمَا أَلْوَانُهَا " . قَالَ حُمْرٌ . قَالَ " هَلْ فِيهَا أَسْوَدُ " . قَالَ لاَ . قَالَ " فَهَلْ فِيهَا أَوْرَقُ " . قَالَ نَعَمْ . قَالَ " فَأَنَّى كَانَ ذَلِكَ " . قَالَ عَسَى أَنْ يَكُونَ نَزَعَهُ عِرْقٌ . قَالَ " فَلَعَلَّ ابْنَكَ هَذَا نَزَعَهُ عِرْقٌ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that:a man frorn the desert people came to the Prophet and said: "O Messenger of Allah, my wife has given birth on my bed to a black boy, and there are no black people among my family." He said: "Do you have camels?" He said: "Yes." He said: "What color are they?" He said: "Red." He said: are there any black ones among them?" He said, "No." He said: "Are there any grey ones among them?" He said- "Yes." He said "How is that?" He said: "Perhaps it is hereditary." He said: "Perhaps (the color of) this son of yours is also hereditary
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ ایک بدوی ( دیہاتی ) نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آیا اور کہنے لگا: اللہ کے رسول! میری بیوی نے ایک کالا کلوٹا لڑکا جنا ہے، اور ہم ایک ایسے گھرانے کے ہیں جس میں کبھی کوئی کالا نہیں ہوا، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: کیا تمہارے پاس اونٹ ہیں ؟ اس نے کہا: ہاں، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے پوچھا: ان کے رنگ کیا ہیں ؟ اس نے کہا: سرخ ہیں، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ان میں کوئی سیاہ بھی ہے ؟ اس نے کہا: نہیں، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: کیا ان میں کوئی خاکی رنگ کا ہے ؟ اس نے کہا: ہاں، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: یہ رنگ کہاں سے آیا ؟ اس نے کہا: ہو سکتا ہے کہ اسے کسی رگ نے کھینچ لیا ہو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: پھر شاید تمہارے اس بچے کا بھی یہی حال ہو کہ اسے کسی رگ نے کھینچ لیا ہو ۔
