كتاب النكاح
Rapporté par 'Aishah : Usamah a trébuché sur le seuil de la porte et s’est blessé au visage. Le Messager d’Allah a dit : « Enlève-lui le sang, » mais cela me dégoûtait. Il a alors commencé à sucer le sang et à l’enlever de son visage, puis il a dit : « Si Usamah avait été une fille, je l’aurais embellie et habillée jusqu’à ce que je la marie. »

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ ذَرِيحٍ، عَنِ الْبَهِيِّ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ عَثَرَ أُسَامَةُ بِعَتَبَةِ الْبَابِ فَشُجَّ فِي وَجْهِهِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " أَمِيطِي عَنْهُ الأَذَى " . فَتَقَذَّرْتُهُ فَجَعَلَ يَمَصُّ عَنْهُ الدَّمَ وَيَمُجُّهُ عَنْ وَجْهِهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ " لَوْ كَانَ أُسَامَةُ جَارِيَةً لَحَلَّيْتُهُ وَكَسَوْتُهُ حَتَّى أُنَفِّقَهُ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that 'Aishah said:"Usamah stumbled at the threshold of the door and cut his face. The Messenger of Allah said: 'Remove the harm (the blood) from him,' but I was repulsed by that. He started to suck the blood and remove it from his face, then he said: 'If Usamah were a girl, I would have adorned him and dressed him until I married him off
Traduction en ourdou
ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ اسامہ رضی اللہ عنہ دروازہ کی چوکھٹ پر گر پڑے، جس سے ان کے چہرے پہ زخم ہو گیا، تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مجھ سے فرمایا: ان سے خون صاف کرو ، میں نے اسے ناپسند کیا تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ان کے زخم سے خون نچوڑنے اور ان کے منہ سے صاف کرنے لگے، پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: اگر اسامہ لڑکی ہوتا تو میں اسے زیورات اور کپڑوں سے اس طرح سنوارتا کہ اس کا چرچا ہونے لگتا ۱؎۔
