كتاب النكاح
Rapporté par Ibn 'Abbas : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a reçu une proposition de mariage pour la fille de Hamzah bin 'Abdul-Muttalib, et il a dit : « C’est la fille de mon frère par l’allaitement, et l’allaitement rend interdit (au mariage) les mêmes personnes que les liens de sang rendent interdites. »

حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ، وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ خَلاَّدٍ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ أُرِيدَ عَلَى بِنْتِ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ فَقَالَ " إِنَّهَا ابْنَةُ أَخِي مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ وَإِنَّهُ يَحْرُمُ مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ مَا يَحْرُمُ مِنَ النَّسَبِ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas:that the Messenger of was offered the daughter of Hamzah bin 'Abdul-Muttalib in marriage, and he said: “She is the daughter of my brother through breastfeeding, and breastfeeding makes unlawful (for marriage) the same things that blood ties make unlawful.”
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو حمزہ بن عبدالمطلب رضی اللہ عنہ کی بیٹی سے نکاح کا مشورہ دیا گیا تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: وہ تو میرے رضاعی بھائی کی بیٹی ہے، اور رضاعت سے وہ رشتے حرام ہو جاتے ہیں جو نسب سے حرام ہوتے ہیں ۱؎۔
