كتاب الزكاة
Rapporté par Abdullah bin Abu Awfa : Chaque fois qu’un homme apportait la sadaqa au Messager d’Allah, il le bénissait. J’ai apporté la sadaqa de mes biens et il a dit : « Allahumma, salli ‘ala ali abi awfa (Ô Allah ! Accorde Tes bénédictions à la famille d’Abu Awfa). »

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ أَبِي أَوْفَى، يَقُولُ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ إِذَا أَتَاهُ الرَّجُلُ بِصَدَقَةِ مَالِهِ صَلَّى عَلَيْهِ فَأَتَيْتُهُ بِصَدَقَةِ مَالِي فَقَالَ " اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى آلِ أَبِي أَوْفَى " .
Traduction anglaise
Abdullah bin Abu Awfa said:“Whenever a man brought Sadaqah to the Messenger of Allah, he would bless him. I brought him the Sadaqah of my wealth and he said: 'Allhumma, salli ala ali abi awfa(O Allah! Send blessing upon the family of Abu Awfa).' ”
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن ابی اوفی رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس کوئی اپنے مال کی زکاۃ لاتا تو آپ اس کے لیے دعا فرماتے، میں بھی آپ کے پاس اپنے مال کی زکاۃ لے کر آیا تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: «اللهم صل على آل أبي أوفى» اے اللہ! ابواوفی کی اولاد پر اپنی رحمت نازل فرما ۱؎۔
