Rapporté par Ibn ‘Abbas : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit au sujet de la personne en I’tikaf : « Il s’abstient du péché et il recevra une récompense comme celle de celui qui fait toutes sortes de bonnes actions. »

حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أُمَيَّةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ مُوسَى الْبُخَارِيُّ، عَنْ عَبِيدَةَ الْعَمِّيِّ، عَنْ فَرْقَدٍ السَّبَخِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ فِي الْمُعْتَكِفِ " هُوَ يَعْكِفُ الذُّنُوبَ وَيُجْرَى لَهُ مِنَ الْحَسَنَاتِ كَعَامِلِ الْحَسَنَاتِ كُلِّهَا " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas that:The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said concerning the person observing I’tikaf. “He is refraining from sin and he will be given a reward like that of one who does all kinds of good deeds.”
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے معتکف کے بارے میں فرمایا: اعتکاف کرنے والا تمام گناہوں سے رکا رہتا ہے، اور اس کو ان نیکیوں کا ثواب جن کو وہ نہیں کر سکتا ان تمام نیکیوں کے کرنے والے کی طرح ملے گا ۔
