كتاب الصوم
Rapporté par Muhammad bin ‘Abbad bin Ja’far : Pendant que je faisais le tour de la Ka’bah, j’ai demandé à Jabir bin ‘Abdullah : “Le Prophète (ﷺ) a-t-il interdit de jeûner un vendredi ?” Il a répondu : “Oui, par le Seigneur de cette Maison.”

حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ شَيْبَةَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبَّادِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ وَأَنَا أَطُوفُ، بِالْبَيْتِ: أَنَهَى النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ عَنْ صِيَامِ يَوْمِ الْجُمُعَةِ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ وَرَبِّ هَذَا الْبَيْتِ .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Muhammad bin ‘Abbad bin Ja’far said:“While I was circumambulating the House, I asked Jabir bin ‘Abdullah: ‘Did the Prophet (ﷺ) forbid fasting on a Friday?’ He said: ‘Yes, by the Lord of this House.’”
Traduction en ourdou
محمد بن عباد بن جعفر کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہما سے خانہ کعبہ کے طواف کے دوران پوچھا: کیا نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے جمعہ کے دن روزہ رکھنے سے منع فرمایا ہے؟ کہا: ہاں، اس گھر کے رب کی قسم!۔
