Hadith 1638 — Livre 7: Fasting
كتاب الصوم
Rapporté par Abu Hurairah : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : « Chaque bonne action du fils d’Adam sera multipliée plusieurs fois. Une bonne action sera multipliée par dix jusqu’à sept cents fois, ou autant qu’Allah le veut. Allah dit : “Sauf le jeûne, qui est pour Moi et c’est Moi qui en donnerai la récompense. Il a abandonné ses désirs et sa nourriture pour Moi.” Le jeûneur a deux joies : une lorsqu’il rompt son jeûne et une autre lorsqu’il rencontre son Seigneur. L’odeur qui sort de la bouche du jeûneur est meilleure auprès d’Allah que le parfum du musc. »

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، وَوَكِيعٌ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " كُلُّ عَمَلِ ابْنِ آدَمَ يُضَاعَفُ الْحَسَنَةُ بِعَشْرِ أَمْثَالِهَا إِلَى سَبْعِمِائَةِ ضِعْفٍ إِلَى مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ. يَقُولُ اللَّهُ: إِلاَّ الصَّوْمَ فَإِنَّهُ لِي وَأَنَا أَجْزِي بِهِ. يَدَعُ شَهْوَتَهُ وَطَعَامَهُ مِنْ أَجْلِي. لِلصَّائِمِ فَرْحَتَانِ: فَرْحَةٌ عِنْدَ فِطْرِهِ وَفَرْحَةٌ عِنْدَ لِقَاءِ رَبِّهِ. وَلَخُلُوفُ فَمِ الصَّائِمِ أَطْيَبُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ مِنْ رِيحِ الْمِسْكِ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“Every good deed of the son of Adam will be multiplied manifold. A good deed will be multiplied ten times up to as many as seven hundred times, or as much as Allah wills. Allah says: ‘Except for fasting, which is for Me and I shall reward for it. He gives up his desire and his food for My sake.’ The fasting person has two joys, one when he breaks his fast and another when he meets his Lord. The smell that comes from the mouth of a fasting person is better before Allah than the fragrance of musk.”
Traduction en ourdou
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: انسان کی ہر نیکی دس گنا سے سات سو گنا تک بڑھا دی جاتی ہے، اللہ تعالیٰ فرماتا ہے: سوائے روزے کے اس لیے کہ وہ میرے لیے خاص ہے، اور میں ہی اس کا بدلہ دوں گا، آدمی اپنی خواہش اور کھانا میرے لیے چھوڑ دیتا ہے، روزہ دار کے لیے دو خوشیاں ہیں: ایک افطار کے وقت اور دوسری اپنے رب سے ملنے کے وقت، اور روزے دار کے منہ کی بو اللہ تعالیٰ کے نزدیک مشک کی بو سے بہتر ہے ۱؎۔
