Hadith 954 — Livre 5: Establishing the Prayer and the Sunnah Regarding Them
كتاب إقامة الصلاة والسنن فيها
Rapporté par ‘Abdur-Rahman bin Abu Sa’eed d’après son père : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : “Quand l’un de vous fait la prière, qu’il prie face à une barrière (sutrah), qu’il s’en approche et qu’il ne laisse personne passer devant lui. Si quelqu’un vient et veut passer, qu’il l’en empêche, car c’est un Shaitan (satan).”

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الأَحْمَرُ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلاَنَ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " إِذَا صَلَّى أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيُصَلِّ إِلَى سُتْرَةٍ. وَلْيَدْنُ مِنْهَا. وَلاَ يَدَعْ أَحَدًا يَمُرُّ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ. فَإِنْ جَاءَ أَحَدٌ يَمُرَّ فَلْيُقَاتِلْهُ. فَإِنَّهُ شَيْطَانٌ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from ‘Abdur-Rahman bin Abu Sa’eed that his father said:“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘When anyone of you performs prayer, let him pray facing towards a Sutrah, and let him get close to it, and not let anyone pass in front of him. If someone comes and wants to pass in front of him, let him fight him, for he is a Shaitan (satan).’”
Traduction en ourdou
ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جب کوئی نماز پڑھے تو سترہ کی جانب پڑھے، اور اس سے قریب کھڑا ہو، اور کسی کو اپنے سامنے سے گزرنے نہ دے، اگر کوئی گزرنا چاہے تو اس سے لڑے ۱؎ کیونکہ وہ شیطان ہے ۲؎۔
