Rapporté par Wa’il bin Hujr : J’ai vu le Prophète (ﷺ) former un cercle avec son pouce et son majeur, et lever l’index (le doigt à côté), en invoquant avec ce doigt pendant le Tashahhud

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ كُلَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ وَائِلِ بْنِ حُجْرٍ، قَالَ رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَدْ حَلَّقَ الإِبْهَامَ وَالْوُسْطَى وَرَفَعَ الَّتِي تَلِيهِمَا يَدْعُو بِهَا فِي التَّشَهُّدِ .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Wa’il bin Hujr said:“I saw the Prophet (ﷺ) making a circle with his thumb and middle finger, and raising the one next to it (the index finger), supplicating with it during the Tashah-hud.”

وائل بن حجر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو دیکھا کہ آپ نے انگوٹھے اور بیچ والی انگلی کا حلقہ بنایا، اور ان دونوں سے متصل ( شہادت کی ) انگلی کو اٹھایا، اس سے تشہد میں دعا کر رہے تھے ۱؎۔
