كتاب إقامة الصلاة والسنن فيها
Rapporté par Anas bin Malik : Le Prophète (ﷺ) m’a dit : « Quand tu relèves la tête après la prosternation, ne t’accroupis pas comme un chien. Mets tes fesses entre tes pieds et laisse le dessus de tes pieds toucher le sol. »

حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الصَّبَّاحِ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَنْبَأَنَا الْعَلاَءُ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ، يَقُولُ قَالَ لِي النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " إِذَا رَفَعْتَ رَأْسَكَ مِنَ السُّجُودِ فَلاَ تُقْعِ كَمَا يُقْعِي الْكَلْبُ ضَعْ أَلْيَتَيْكَ بَيْنَ قَدَمَيْكَ، وَأَلْزِقْ ظَاهِرَ قَدَمَيْكَ بِالأَرْضِ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Anas bin Malik said:“The Prophet (ﷺ) said to me: ‘When you raise your head from prostration, do not squat like a dog. Put your buttocks between your feet and let the tops of your feet touch the ground.”
Traduction en ourdou
انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ مجھ سے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جب تم سجدہ سے اپنا سر اٹھاؤ تو کتے کی طرح نہ بیٹھو، بلکہ اپنی سرین اپنے دونوں قدموں کے درمیان رکھو، اور اپنے قدموں کے اوپری حصہ کو زمین سے ملا دو ۔
