Rapporté par ‘Aishah : Quand le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) relevait la tête après l’inclinaison, il ne se prosternait pas avant d’être complètement redressé. Quand il se prosternait, il relevait la tête et ne se prosternait pas à nouveau avant d’être bien assis. Et il étendait sa jambe gauche

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، عَنْ حُسَيْنٍ الْمُعَلِّمِ، عَنْ بُدَيْلٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْجَوْزَاءِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ إِذَا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ الرُّكُوعِ لَمْ يَسْجُدْ حَتَّى يَسْتَوِيَ قَائِمًا، فَإِذَا سَجَدَ فَرَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ، لَمْ يَسْجُدْ حَتَّى يَسْتَوِيَ جَالِسًا، وَكَانَ يَفْتَرِشُ رِجْلَهُ الْيُسْرَى .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that ‘Aishah said:“When the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) raised his head from bowing, he would not prostrate until he had stood up straight. When he prostrated, he would raise his head and not prostrate again until he had sat up straight. And he used to spread out his left leg.”

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم جب رکوع سے اپنا سر اٹھاتے تو اس وقت تک سجدہ نہ کرتے، جب تک کہ سیدھے کھڑے نہ ہو جاتے، اور جب سجدہ کر کے اپنا سر اٹھاتے تو اس وقت تک دوسرا سجدہ نہ کرتے جب تک کہ سیدھے بیٹھ نہ جاتے، اور بیٹھنے میں اپنا بایاں پاؤں بچھا دیتے۔
