كتاب إقامة الصلاة والسنن فيها
Rapporté par ‘Abdullah bin Harith : Pendant le califat de ‘Uthman, alors que beaucoup de gens étaient présents, j’ai demandé à propos de la prière Duha, et je n’ai trouvé personne qui pouvait me dire que le Prophète (ﷺ) l’avait accomplie, à part Umm Hani’. Elle m’a dit qu’il l’avait priée avec huit unités de prière (Rak’ah)

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، قَالَ سَأَلْتُ فِي زَمَنِ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَفَّانَ وَالنَّاسُ مُتَوَافِرُونَ - أَوْ مُتَوَافُونَ - عَنْ صَلاَةِ الضُّحَى، فَلَمْ أَجِدْ أَحَدًا يُخْبِرُنِي أَنَّهُ صَلاَّهَا - يَعْنِي النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ - غَيْرَ أُمِّ هَانِئٍ فَأَخْبَرَتْنِي أَنَّهُ صَلاَّهَا ثَمَانِيَ رَكَعَاتٍ .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that ‘Abdullah bin Harith said:“During the caliphate of ‘Uthman, when the people were present in large numbers, I asked about Duha prayer, and I could not find anyone who could tell me that he, meaning the Prophet (ﷺ), had prayed it, apart from Umm Hani’. She told me that he had prayed it with eight Rak’ah.”
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن حارث کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے عثمان بن عفان رضی اللہ عنہ کے زمانے میں نماز الضحی ( چاشت کی نماز ) کے متعلق پوچھا اور اس وقت لوگ ( صحابہ ) بہت تھے، لیکن ام ہانی رضی اللہ عنہا کے علاوہ کسی نے مجھے یہ نہیں بتایا کہ آپ نے یعنی نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے یہ نماز پڑھی، ہاں ام ہانی رضی اللہ عنہا نے یہ مجھے بتایا کہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے آٹھ رکعت پڑھی ۱؎۔
