Hadith 1341 — Livre 5: Establishing the Prayer and the Sunnah Regarding Them
كتاب إقامة الصلاة والسنن فيها
Rapporté par Abu Hurairah : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) est entré dans la mosquée et a entendu un homme réciter le Coran. Il a demandé : « Qui est-ce ? » On lui a répondu : « (C’est) ‘Abdullah bin Qais. » Il a dit : « Il a reçu (une belle voix mélodieuse) des Mazamir de la famille de Dawud. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَنْبَأَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ دَخَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ الْمَسْجِدَ فَسَمِعَ قِرَاءَةَ رَجُلٍ فَقَالَ " مَنْ هَذَا " . فَقِيلَ هَذَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ قَيْسٍ . فَقَالَ " لَقَدْ أُوتِيَ هَذَا مِنْ مَزَامِيرِ آلِ دَاوُدَ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said:“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) entered the mosque and heard a man reciting Qur’an. He asked: ‘Who is this?’ It was said: ‘(He is) ‘Abdullah bin Qais.’ He said: ‘He has been given (sweet melodious voice) from the Mazamir of the family of Dawud.’”
Traduction en ourdou
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم مسجد میں داخل ہوئے، وہاں آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ایک شخص کی قراءت سنی تو پوچھا: یہ کون ہے؟ عرض کیا گیا: عبداللہ بن قیس ہیں، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: انہیں داؤد ( علیہ السلام ) کی خوش الحانی میں سے حصہ ملا ہے ۱؎۔
