Hadith 1307 — Livre 5: Establishing the Prayer and the Sunnah Regarding Them
كتاب إقامة الصلاة والسنن فيها
Rapporté par Umm ‘Atiyyah : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) nous a ordonné de faire sortir les femmes le jour de la Fitr et le jour de Nahr. Umm ‘Atiyyah a dit : “Nous avons demandé : ‘Et si l’une d’elles n’a pas de voile ?’ Il a dit : ‘Que sa sœur partage son voile avec elle.’”

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ حَسَّانٍ، عَنْ حَفْصَةَ بِنْتِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أُمِّ عَطِيَّةَ، قَالَتْ أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ أَنْ نُخْرِجَهُنَّ فِي يَوْمِ الْفِطْرِ وَالنَّحْرِ . قَالَ قَالَتْ أُمُّ عَطِيَّةَ فَقُلْنَا أَرَأَيْتَ إِحْدَاهُنَّ لاَ يَكُونُ لَهَا جِلْبَابٌ قَالَ " فَلْتُلْبِسْهَا أُخْتُهَا مِنْ جِلْبَابِهَا " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Umm ‘Atiyyah said:“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) commanded us to bring them (the women) out on the day of Fitr and the day of Nahr.” Umm ‘Atiyyah said: “We said: ‘What if one of them does not have an outer covering?’ He said: ‘Let her sister share her own outer covering with her.’”
Traduction en ourdou
ام عطیہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ہمیں حکم دیا کہ ہم عورتوں کو عیدین میں لے جائیں، ام عطیہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ ہم نے عرض کیا: اللہ کے رسول! آپ بتائیے اگر کسی عورت کے پاس چادر نہ ہو تو ( کیا کرے؟ ) آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: اس کی ساتھ والی اسے اپنی چادر اڑھا دے ۔
