Hadith 1181 — Livre 5: Establishing the Prayer and the Sunnah Regarding Them
كتاب إقامة الصلاة والسنن فيها
Rapporté par Ibn ‘Abbas : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : « Lorsque vous invoquez Allah, faites-le avec les paumes des mains tournées vers le haut. Ne le faites pas avec le dos des mains vers le haut. Et lorsque vous avez terminé, essuyez votre visage avec vos mains. »

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا عَائِذُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ الأَنْصَارِيِّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ كَعْبٍ الْقُرَظِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " إِذَا دَعَوْتَ اللَّهَ فَادْعُ بِبَاطِنِ كَفَّيْكَ وَلاَ تَدْعُ بِظُهُورِهِمَا فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَامْسَحْ بِهِمَا وَجْهَكَ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Ibn ‘Abbas said:“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘When you call upon Allah, then do so with the palms of your hands (upwards). Do not do so with the back of your hands (upwards). And when you finish, then wipe your face with them.’”
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جب تم اللہ تعالیٰ سے دعا کرو تو اپنی دونوں ہتھیلیوں کا باطن منہ کی طرف کر کے دعا کرو، ان کے ظاہری حصہ کو منہ کی طرف نہ کرو، اور جب دعا سے فارغ ہو جاؤ تو دونوں ہتھیلیاں اپنے چہرہ پر پھیر لو ۔
